Gold Hallmark

BIS standards for gold hallmarking will assure complete peace of mind. The hallmarking system is there to ensure that the jewellery does not contain more other metals and a lesser amount of gold.Hallmarked gold items are laser engraved with these four components - The standard BIS Logo, Purity in Karat and Fineness, the Assaying and Hallmarking Centre's logo or number and the Jeweller's Identification mark or logo.

Metal Quality Check

SGL's international standards policy ensures each product is passed through various checks. Some of the major defects that are to be checked are Loose Diamonds, cracks on the metal, Seng issues such as Prong Height, Weak solder link or weak linking, incomplete polish/over polish, along with other 22 major defects.
